You may wish to recall that the STEP-B Project  became effective in February  2008, over the past months the project has had several implementation experiences that can be  improved  at all levels i.e. Regulatory Agencies, National Project Secretariat , PBEI’s etc. 

Kindly please read the attached Revised Draft Project Implementation Manual and send your comments to stepb@nbte.gov.ng  on or  before the 18/9/29.
